Client shall not reproduce and/or otherwise use the Work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work, including without limitation, technologies that are capable of generating works in the same style or genre as the Work. Nor shall Client sublicense others to reproduce and/or otherwise use the Work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work.
I would like to clarify that I will use these commissions in my portfolio or for examples! If you don’t want your commission shown, just let me know!REFUND POLICY:Refunds are only allowed before or during the sketching phase, but during the sketching phase, you will receive 50% back! Refunds are NOT allowed after the sketch is complete and confirmed!REVISIONS:During the sketching phase, I will allow unlimited revisions! (I will make the sketch clean and clear as possible!)
Once line art is complete and you want a small thing changed (jewelry, glasses, etc.) that is allowed! But if you decide you want a different pose, I will not be doing that! So please be sure to know what you want before commissioning me!
Once I finish coloring/shading, REVISIONS ARE NOT ALLOWED! I already gave you opportunities and having to recolor/re-shade is very time consuming! Then again, please know what you want before commissioning me.WHAT SHOULD I SEND YOU WHEN COMMISSIONING?:A clear reference sheet would be much appreciated and specific details on what post/expression(s) you'd like!
I am not too fond of just descriptions of characters, even a stick figure or a doodle of your character would be acceptable!
